Yes we are! We are completely ground level, with no stairs required to enter. Our restrooms are single stall, with bar assistance. You are able to move freely about our rooms. Some of our rooms feature loud noises and light changes (no strobing) If you need any accommodations, feel free to contact us before your show!
Your party should be here 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for check-in and instructions.
We strongly recommend being early or on time. If you are late without notifying us, the party will go on without you! Your timer starts 5 minutes after your scheduled time slot, and your show will be canceled 15 minutes after that. We run based off the time slots you see when you book, so we cannot always accommodate late groups.
We do not offer refunds, but we can reschedule a game. Please let us know you need to do so 24 hours before the scheduled time of your booking

There is parking directly in front of our location, as well as plenty of general plaza parking.

That’s alright! If you come to our location a bit earlier, you can meet our zombie actor beforehand to ease your nerves. We can customize the “scare level” if needed as well. This is a NO TOUCH experience, they will not grab you (no matter how bad they want to eat you) and you will not need to touch them.
